Day 69

Wooohooooo in Hawaii motivated by all my friends who are competing this coming Saturday. I have been busy training, catching up with people and posing, but all with feeling content and happy (other than missing Peter;) )!!!!!

The big show is Saturday, I am so proud of everyone here and love the changes I am seeing in all! They have all worked so hard and are champions within my eyes.

I spoke with Kelly in great detail today and we decided to go all out these next two weeks and bump cardio up to three double sessions and dropping all carbs, H, M and L days (ouch)! We decided best would be to come in completely shredded two weeks early and have a trial run before the real show to perfect the still unknown and see how my body responds. That way we still have two weeks to fix things.

Another change we have made is to take out Almond butter completely (good choice) hard to control myself when I eat it LOL and replace that fat with Mac Oil. That way it won't be so tempting to overeat and I still am able to take in healthy fats:) Let the fun begin, I am ready to give my all to these last few weeks and am glad to have the inspiration from the Hawaiian Islands this weekend to carry over until my show in Vegas!!!!

  1. Wow Michelle, You are getting leaner and still have that massive lat spread. Waiting for your to post pics from Hawaii, although I know you are busy after your trip. No carbs.... you can totally do it. You told me you eat for performance so keep it up you top athlete. The USAs have never seen anyone like you. ellen PS gained 12 lbs and growing a big back. Lifting at 6-10 reps, feels so good to be strong again.
