Mental Preparation

I am exactly ten days out from my 14 week show prep and am starting to form a game plan on how to attack my journey. Throughout my journey I want to display all aspects of my training, dieting, supplementing, and mental state on how I feel as the weeks dwindle. I am also planning on incorporating pictures and measurements updates frequently to help follow progress.

My vision is to train the hardest I have ever trained before and walk away from my journey not only a champion, but a better more educated person and prove that with a strong mind, passion and discipline anything and everything is possible.
