Day 41

Cool stuff I am starting to really see more cuts especially in the quads and abs:) I am starting to get more and more excited and the more cut up I get the harder I work, and the easier it becomes (so it seems)!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am taking a close look at my body early in the morning to see what I look like fresh out of bed, that is the best way to gage improvements with the eye. The time has come where I am starting to incorporate more Abs, basically any chance I get throughout the day in between clients I will go down and bang out some fast sets to make sure they stay tight and don't take up my time during a training session. I would rather spend my full energy on the workout instead of incorporating abs then.

In two weeks (about six weeks out) I am going to isolate trouble areas such as my glutes, upper hammies, outer and inner thigh out with cable exercises to burnout exhaustion most likely on Sundays, so that I can have enough rest in between my crazy leg workout Wednesdays to recover. During these burnout sessions I am going to really focus on working different angles to tighten up these areas super sets mostly. This is what I did for my last show towards the end of my training weeks and it really seemed to sculpt my lower half rather nicely.

Touched base with Kelly (nutritionist) today and we are going to go by Saturdays pictures to wait to make changes. Yayyyyy first week where I am going to train arms separately on Saturday, really looking forward to that:)

My interval cardio session this morning was tough but good, my legs will thank me for flushing out some of that lactic acid from yesterdays leg torcher; however I know tomorrow is going to be a killer pain day:))))))))))))))))))))
I know I mentioned previously I would never do another interval session inside the gym, but I had to bite the bullet and do it since my whole day was packed with clients and appointments. StairMaster was the choice this morning switching from Level 8 (recovery) to Level 20 (dying LOL) running. I managed to keep it up for twenty minutes, minute on, minute and a half rest, not including ten minutes to warm up and ten to cool down.

Overall great day, looking forward to my shoulder workout tomorrow!
